Tommy Hill
Tommy walked into a pool room for the first time when he was thirteen years old, and and fell in love with a sport that would become his life. Tommy's first job, at the age of 15 years old was helping that pool room owner. who also owned a billiards supply store, prep and deliver pool tables. Tommy realized that he had a passion for working on tables and at twenty years old he went to work for Master pool table mechanic and table manufacturer Bob Bebb of Rebco Billiards. Tommy gratefully credits Bob for teaching him every aspect of working on tables. Tommy is now in his mid 50's and you will still find him working side by side Bob every week although it is more similar to a father son relationship. Tommy owns Pro Billiards Services and is thought of by many of his peers as a Master pool table mechanic. Tommy is also a published author in both Pool & Billiards Magazine and Sneaky Pete Mafia Magazine. He is one of only 30 Professional Billiards Instructors Association Master instructors in the united states and he spent 12 years as a touring professional pool player when he was a younger man. Tommy is happily married to his beautiful wife Samantha and two sons TJ & Connor.
TJ hill
TJ, Tommy's oldest son is one of Central California's top players. TJ does compete occasionally on the Predator pro Tour Series, and he certainly possesses the skills necessary to make it as a professional pool player, however, TJ has heard Tommy's stories of when he was out trying to make a living playing on tour and on the road and he is quite content working side by side his dad learning every aspect of the Billiard Mechanic trade. One day he he hopes to take over the family business and keep Pro Billiards Services alive and running for years & years to come.
Samantha Hill
Samantha has been putting up with her husband Tommy for many years now. Samantha is a school teacher ,and Tommy couldn't be more proud of her for what she does to help children. Although Samantha had never played much pool before meeting Tommy, she took to the sport very well, and is now one of the top female players in the area. She often plays BCA league, local tournaments and occasionally you will see her competing in a California Woman's Tour event.
Connor Hill
Connor is Tommy's youngest son. As tight as Tommy, TJ & Connor are, Connor made the choice to join the Navy after high school. Connor is on active duty and serves overseas in Spain. He is currently a petty officer second class, and serves as a Master at Arms. Although Tommy misses his son every day, he couldn't be more proud of him. Tommy enjoys hearing all of Connor's stories about beating the other service men at pool while off duty at their favorite military watering hole.
Curtis Gregory
Curtis may not be a Hill by blood, but he and Tommy are brothers at heart. After Curtis's first career as a MP in the United States Marine Corps came to an end he then spent over 30 years as a correctional officer in the federal prison system. Now retired, Curtis spends his time helping Tommy on pool table jobs, and of course playing pool. Curtis Captains multiple teams in both APA & BCA. Curtis competes in local, regional & national events. In 2025 Curtis & Tommy along with a 3rd team member represented the Fresno California APA League at the world championships in the Masters division.
